Yes, clients may learn from youtube, tick tok, but the way an educated professional instructs them, will stick with them longer and have a greater impact.
I also believe the future of beauty education will place an even greater emphasis on entrepreneurship, financial literacy and personal branding. Many graduates aspire to become independent professionals or salon owners, so it's important that they understand how to build a business, market themselves and create lasting relationships with clients.

My advice as a successful beauty professional and one I share with each of my students, is to never stop learning and never underestimate the power of perseverance. I learn new things after being in this industry a decade later. The beauty industry offers incredible opportunities, but lasting success comes from combining technical excellence with professionalism, integrity and a genuine passion for serving others.Be open to feedback and embrace every opportunity to grow.
I also encourage aspiring beauty professionals to think beyond mastering their craft. Learn the business side of the industry, develop strong communication skills and build meaningful relationships with your clients. Your reputation, work ethic and the experience you create for others will often be just as important as your technical talent.
Most importantly, and one that we tend to forget, is to believe in yourself and your potential. Every accomplished esthetician, nail technician or educator started as a student with a dream, like myself. Stay focused, work hard and remember that every challenge is an opportunity to grow.
